Özet

Dopamin merkezisistemlndeyaygınolarakbulunan bir nörotransmitterdir. Araştırmacılar dopaminin bağımlılık gelişiminde ve sürdürümünde önemli bir rol oynadığını bildirmektedir. Dopamlnerjik sistem ile bağımlılık arasındaki ilişkiyi açıklamada en önemli katkı beyin görüntüleme çalışmaları ve farmakolojik araştırmalardan gelmektedir. Bu çalışmalarda dopaminin beyin ödüllendirme sistemini, aşermeyi ve bilişsel süreçleri etkileyerek bağımlılığın gelişmesinde ve sürdürümünde yer aldığı belirtilmektedir. Bağımlılıkla dopamlnerjiksistemin ilişkisi ayrıca genetik ve epigenetik çalışmalarla da İncelenmektedir. Bu sunumda bağımlılıkta dopaminerjik sistemin ilişkisini ğözden geçirmeyi amaçladık.
