Öz
Bu çalışmanın amacı, 1993-2025 yılları arasında çocukluk çağı travması olan bireylerde bağımlılık konusundaki çalışmalardaki eğilimleri ve çalışma konularını incelemektir. Bu çalışmada Web of Science (WoS) veri tabanından 26 Şubat 2025 tarihinde alınan 874 veriye dayanarak bibliyometrik analiz yapılmıştır. Veriler ve grafiksel sunumlar, R yazılımında Bibliometrix Paketi ve VOSviewer (Visualization of Similarities Viewer: Benzerlikleri Görselleştirme Aracı) kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Bu çalışma, çocukluk çağı travması olan bireylerde bağımlılık üzerine yapılan çalışmaların yıllar içinde arttığını göstermiştir. Child Abuse & Neglect en üretken dergi ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri en üretken ülke olmuştur. Çocukluk çağı travması olan bireylerde bağımlılık konusunda yürütülmüş olan çalışmalarda yazarların en sık kullandığı kelimeler istismar, risk, cinsel istismar, görülme sıklığı ve kötü muamele olmuştur. Bu çalışma çocukluk çağı travması olan bireylerde bağımlılık konusunda 32 yıllık bir bakış açısı sağlayan ilk bibliyometrik çalışmadır.Bu çalışmada, son yıllarda davranışsal bağımlılıklarının önemsendiği, çocukluk çağı travması ve bağımlılık arasındaki ilişkide düzenleyememe (dysregulation), müdahaleler ve dayanıklılık gibi terimlerin popülerliğinin zamanla arttığı görülmüştür. Çocukluk çağı travmasının bağımlılıktaki rolü konusundaki araştırma odağının potansiyel koruyucu faktörlere ve müdahale stratejilerine kaydığı görülmüştür.
